From my personal use, I can tell you that .437 is not it. I am on AT&T and therefore blighted by the mic issue on many releases and this is the OS I'm stuck with.
I ran .267 for a while and it was decent but I experienced a lot of crashing and found myself doing battery pulls often.
On the other hand, I did use .523 for a while before I discovered the mic issue. (This issue seems to be exclusive to AT&T phones in certain areas, don't let it scare you off if you're with another carrier.) For the short time that I used this OS, I noticed snappier responses in some games and better signal strength.
Unfortunately, this may all be irrelevant to you because ever user experiences different things with each OS. This is simply my experience. YMMV
You'll get different opinions from most people. There rarely is a common shared "best of" OS for the 9900. Personally I am pretty impressed by .569 and couldn't find any serious bugs, however I noticed some strange behaviours compared to my older .318
Yeah but I want to know which is most reliable by users standing point
Read the threads Not all OS work the same on every phone. In other word One OS my work great on one phone but not so great on others. So to ask which is the best OS is redundant.
Example: I have OS 7.1.0.391 on my 9900 with AT&T, its been great with no issues. That same OS is give other with different carriers & location problems.
There you go, practically a different answer for every post. The best OS is the one that works best for you. What works well for one user on one network may not work well for you. I'm usually satisfied with the most recent OS, but your mileage may vary.

I think 569 is the most reliable the only problem is the analayser, does anyone know how to keep it on options permanent even after you reboot your device
