I recently got rid of my BES service from verizon on my 9930. The phone seems to still have some of the BES coding in it, and namely won't allow me to install/activate BB protect. When i try to, it say that BB Protect can not be activated on phones that are on a BES. Problem is I am not on the BES any more.
Is there a way to fix this without completely wiping the phone? I hope so. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
