    Default BBP Wipe?

    If I use BB Protect to wipe my cell will I be able to use desktop to reload the info and set it up?

    Yes, you should be able to. Why not just wipe your cell phone with a Security Wipe and then reload the OS though?

    If you have it backed up on DM I should think so. If not try and wipe using BBSAK then you're all good.
    7200>8800>9000>8520>9000>9800>9900. If something's broken, a battery pull can usually fix it...

    Thanks guys.
    Oniberry the problem I had was I could not access my desktop menu on my cell. It was locked out.

    So I did the wipe with BBP as it could pick up my cell. Then I went to my BB Desktop software on my laptop and reloaded. I was then able to access the phone. After this I gave it an extra security wipe from the phone options just to be sure. I then reloaded the software, OS etc and now all seems to be working fine. The main page lockout happened twice to me and I am wondering what I loaded or possible virus, whatever, but ya, now seems all is in order.
