I have been suffering from these issues for 2 weeks ;


I upgradedt bbm7 two months ago and everything went well till recently.
First of all my display picture started not to change unless I restart the device.
And lately I noticed that if I for example deleted a contact or moved a contact to another category or edit the nixkname of a contact, it changes at the moment I do it. But when I restart the device everything goes back to before changing enything !

I even tried to move all my contacts to one category and delete the other categories. But when I restart the phone all the categories come back + the contacts I deleted !

I formatted my blackberry twice , but the same problem comes back with the bbm . And until now when I want to change my display picture I have to restart the device !


Please help me , its driving me craz :"( !!

Are your contacts synchronized with Gmail, Hotmail,or Yahoo, is so you are going to have to cut them off. I've changed mine thinking it would change on my email contacts, but it didn't, try making the change at you email contact site.
