Since last 24 hours my messages are going through but not showing (D). I can see status updates + receive messages from my contacts.
Also I have received a new bbm invite and still had this issue,

It cant be my network because my internet, Whatsapp & Twiiter are working perfectly

I deleted and installed bbm again. It didn't worked. I searched on the internet found nothing on this issue. I have attached a snap shot to show what exactly I'm experiencing

Does this problem happens with every contact in your list ?
I had the same problem in the past with only 1 contact, and i realize the problem came from his carrier phone, and not me.
