    Default BBM gone after update please help

    Just did a update for bbm, icon now gone, tried battery pull did not work. Went to my app world still there but not there, won't let me open it or delete it to reinstall. Please help can't live without my BBM.

    First off, welcome to CrackBerry!

    On your BB's browser, go to http://www. BlackBerry.com/BBM and try to re-download BBM there.

    Tried that, it linked me back to my BBM app that is there but not there.
    All is good now. I went under options, device, application management and from there I was able to delete BBM and then reinstall in app world. All is right in the world now.
