right from home screen click the blackberry button and click show all icons then check every folder on your homescreen

try this ive just looked it up in blackberry forum:

have found the fix that works is to delete the BBMessenger app at Options > Advanced > Applications.
Then, reboot: With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
Then once back up, use your BlackBerry browser to go to BlackBerry Messenger and download and install the application again.

Once completed and rebooting the device again, look in Instant Messaging folder or Downloads.

sorry for out phones lol its application manager then type in blackberry messenger clickt it and delete then follow rest of the steps^^ let me know dude
