Ok, so I installed the new blackberry software (7.1) yesterday and when I rebooted my phone, my bbm was gone! I checked in applications,I tried checking if it was maybe hidden and even looked if I could reinstall it or something but nothing came up when I searched in app world!! can you help in any way so that i can get my bbm again??

like when i go to options and then application management it shows that i now have bbm, but still no icon on the home screen and still nothing comes up when i search in app world

omf i wiped my phone and installed the new os as you said and then still nothing, but then i went into my browser and tried to download it there. It sent to app world where i couldve then downloaded bbm but where you're supposed to have the install or upgrade button it said "unavailable for this device"
