    I just upgraded my bbm from 8.0.0.94 to 8.1.0.20 with new emoticons,
    however in every group I'm in, there's no chat option, only shared pictures, members and updates.
    Anyone here has similar problem?

    I'm using Bold 9900
    OS 7.1.0.1098 from O2 UK

    Hi there, not here ... try turning off all connections, do a battery pull, put it back in, and wait about 15 minutes before turning the connections back on.

    It didn't work, turns out i had to delete bbm and reinstall and now works like a charm, thanks for the tip though

    How did you delete it? There isn't that option in my BBWorld....

    Just upgraded my BBM this noon, there's no bug whatsoever, though the Bold 9900 got warm to hot minutes after the upgrade and the restart, this most probably due to the groups and contacts' profile updates.

    How did you delete it? There isn't that option in my BBWorld....
    Option - Device - Application Management
    Find BBM and you can delete it there

    Hi people I have a BB 9320. I'm having an issue with the BBM v8.1.0.20 app. It connects to all other apps except Facebook. It says BBM disconnected on the Facebook App and asks to install BBM.

    Try removing facebook, and reinstalling after a battery pull?

    Hi, I'm having trouble with updating my BBM, I have a 9320 and when I try to upgrade it, it only says "Unavailable for this device". How can I download it, because I even deleted the other version I had installed on my device. Please help

    Can you tell me how you reinstalled it? I deleted it from "Application Management" in Options but now when I go back to App World it says BBM is still installed. I got BBM back on my phone through App World but it is version 6.2.0.56, and neither can I update it through App World nor does it show my new contacts acquired since I had that version. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
