I searched the 9930 forums and didn't see this, so I'm guessing it's because I'm a BB newbie, and it must be obvious to everyone else.
I downloaded and installed Blackberry Desktop Software v 6.1.0.35, then followed the instructions to set it up.
My computer uses Micosoft Outlook 2007.

When setting up the Blackberry Desktop Software, and clicking on "Organizer", it lists:
Calendar
MemoPad
Address Book
Tasks

When I clicked on "Configure Settings", I associated all of these with Microsoft Outlook.

Now I had already set up email delivery on the phone itself, but on the Blackberry Desktop Software, there's no listing about email.
I do get new incoming emails on my phone, but that's it. When I sync the phone with the computer, it syncs everything except my email.

My goal is to have the email & all the folders on my phone mirror what's on my desktop.

What's the obvious thing I'm missing, or misunderstanding here?
