Last night my "A" key stopped working. I can scroll up and down on the home screen, but I can't scroll on the BB menu. Sometimes my phone randomly locks itself, and I have to unlock it. When I text, sometimes the phone has random letter being pressed that I'm not pressing.

I've tried removing the battery and putting it back without success.

What's the next step? How long does it take to get the phone fixed? Please tell me this is something I can fix

When the phone is off, I try to turn it on, but it doesn't. Then randomly the phone will turn on five or ten minutes later.

did you ever get the phone wet? this happened to me as my phone got wet, i would listen to music while i shower and leave the phone on the side of the tub and about 30 minutes after i got out this happened, i eventually did the warranty exchange.

As far as I know, I didn't get the phone wet. I've had it a year and a half. Warranty is up in April. Maybe the phone is just old? What should I try next? Take it to Verizon?
