    So I was on my phone texting two days ago and suddenly , the screen went black. The phone was still functional , I could be called and texted to , but I could not see anything on my screen. I restarted it several times, and the buttons and LED would light up but the screen won't. And now , it won't start at all ! What should I do ?

    Was the device exposed to moisture or did it suffer a drop?

    How old is the phone? It might still be covered by a warranty. You can contact your carrier. Good luck
