So i have a BlackBerry Bold 9900 on the 3uk network and it cuts off every 5 mins when im using hotspot i have changed the setting so it should never do this but dosent help? ive seen some posts saying fixamo tools was the problem but iv never had that app any help is much appreciated.

Mine does the same. Phone stays as hotspot, still shows up on computer as connected but won't work. Not a big app guy and never used fixamo. Seems to happen when I have high useage (video or multiple windows)

I could never get mine to stay connected. I also have never used fixmo tools. I ended up putting my hotspot plan back on my Android phone, which is slower, but will stay connected all day. I would sure like to know what the fix is.
