Battery Won't Fully Charge? HELP

So I was charging my phone and I noticed that the fully charged symbol had popped up! But the battery was only at 85%.... Last night my phone was charging too 100%. I did a battery pull but the phone just charged up too 85%.. If there is another soloution to this problem PLEASE let me know, I'm a heavy berry user and every percent counts for me lmao! Your

I'm just now having that problem with my 9930. I always charge over night and never have issues. However, I woke up the morning and it's stuck at 85%. Did a battery pull and tried again. It's still not charging (or saying it's charging) past 85%!
