I just opened BlackBerry Engineering Screen. There I can see: battery health 89% even tough it's just 1 week old.
I bought another one - this one has 90% battery health.
Yes, for batteries that have been sitting in the warehouse. this is not the first time around for this specific battery. Its the same one from the torch. It probably was more cost effective than designs a new battery. A battery needs frequent charge/dischage to stay "healthy"
