my corporate 9930's email stopped working...per my company's support they needed to wipe the device. i went to the desktop software and backed up everything.
i have now restored through the software and i have music and all my pictures, but i have no apps. are they gone for good? did i waste the money? did i not backup properly?
i had maybe $40 in apps, but they are all gone. anyway to still recover those?
this sucks.
