I have two related questions please.

1)my bb is on prompt update which works fine when i travel from the UK and land in other countries.However [email protected] it doesn't prompt when i land back in uk so i have to change the time back manually .

how do i change the setting so that it also prompts me when i land back in uk ?

2) how do i remove padlock symbol so that I can change to automatic update ?

any advice appreciated
