I'm gave my BB to technician to fix stuck boot

to disable my BIMS, because my 9900 stuck booting

now my BB can't connect to BIS

after that i'm upgrade my BB to Newest OS

Because my BB have random imei and can't connect to network
(like fix efs red blink error)

i rewrite nv and imei of my BB in FOS / NAL mode

after that i'm reinstall my OS

now i can't connect BIS but i can open BB browser and BB App World via Wifi

I use "Register Now" on HRT and nothing Happens

i go to : http://xl.blackberry.com

and input my Pin and IMEI get this message :

and diagnotics test gave this :

Blackberry Registration : No
Connected to Blackberry : Abort
Blackberry PIN-PIN : Abort

are my BB suspend? are someone cloning my PIN and IMEI?

hi there, have you rang XL and asked them to send you service books from their end? Ask them if your PIN is registered on their network. That is all you can do at this point.
