The way to get it is down loading the 9900 7.1.0.253 version, extracting it.
Copying the App Resource Monitor alx file into the 402 root directory and the COD files java directory.

Then loading with the app loader program.

That is how I did it. Not suggesting that any one else do it though.

Thanks mattma43, yea I recall doing the same for the battery analyzer on the 7.0 coz it came out first in 7.1.0.xxx. I recall there was a website that allowed to download that particular file and run it on my 7.0. I m on the .247 and that s the only thing that seems to run good with the battery for me...so kinda emotionally attached to it!!!

Great...got the ARP running on the .247. Just wondering though, how do you get those advanced options? That doesn't seem to appear for some reason on my phone

That is certainly one way to look at it. No ARM closures with contemporary apps such as AlertMatrix (my preference), or Advance OS and LED.

Forgive my ignorance... But where is this downloadble form the App World or does it come with the OS like the Analyzer?

Comes with OS .523, I think that there are some instructions earlier in the thread as to how to install it in an older OS but it's not in App World, you need to extract and inject some files into the older OS.

Hi there.

There is a problem installing this on 7.1.0.2XX, Monitor installs in Third party Applications and does not support advanced features.

Best to download 7.1.0.523 and be done with it!

I'm getting much better battery life running the Application Resource Monitor. My drain rate has fallen from 5 or higher to under 3.

App Resource Monitor (1.0.0.35) is now in BB Application world for devices running 7.1+ software, or your running software pre 523 download it now!

Okay so is it just me or has this not really done anything?... Admittedly I monitor my apps VERY carefully and got rid of BeBuzz when it started making my 9900 drink it's battery but it never closes apps like Twitter or any I leave open. I thought it would or am I being naïve?
