I bought a PAYG Blackberry pack this Friday from EE. But I never received the message "Your handheld has been registered with the wireless network". I don't see a Blackberry logo, nor can I setup emails, BBM and other applications requiring BIS. I phoned the customer service and was told EE does not provide BIS to legacy devices and I have to swap to T-mobile or Orange. I think that's ridiculous. If that is true then why on earth does EE sells Blackberry packs? I wonder if anyone else is on a Blackberry plan with EE, and what kind of plan and device do you got? Mine is Bold 9900 and 10 pound PAYG Blackberry pack.

I'm on an EE Pay Monthly Plan with a BB Z10.

I've had no problems setting up e-mails etc; I initially had a problem with high data usage but that's now resolved. However, even when they were selling it their support was pretty awful - I was told that I should 'google' any problem I had. Have you tried contacting BB - I've previously found their support forum to be pretty good.
