Alarm super quiet?

So for the past 8 months I have been using my Bold 9900 as my alarm clock in the morning. It's worked great and was always plenty loud to wake me up.

For some odd reason this morning it went off as usualy but was really quiet, like I had to hold it up to my ear to hear it. I checked the volume levels and they are all up at max. I even tried restarting my phone and doing some test alarms but still nothing.

If anyone could please help me solve this issue it would be greatly appreciated!

This happened to me too! Thank God my bedroom alarm was set to because my phone was very quite also. Hopefully this is just a simple glitch and not a long term problem as this never occurred before.

Did you change your alarm anytime recently? I know I've had a similar problem using an alarm that was loaded on my sd card. Whenever my blackberry was plugged in, my alarm on the sd card wouldn't work. Not sure if that helps, but it's at least a thought.

Not sure how to fix it. 2x my phone died overnight and I over slept. has not happened w 7.1.

The entire SpeakPhone aspect of my 9930 is quite low volume. My 9650 could fill a reasonable sized room. The 9930 is quite poor. I guess I should have investigated it more when I first got it but no Verizon Stores seem to stock it for comparisons.

Nothing has been changed with my alarm. It worked great then one morning it didn`t wake me up and ever since the sound can only be heard if I hold it right up to my ear.
