    All is in the title!

I activated my bold 9900 and I can't setup a personal email. It shows a enterprise activation screen needing an activation password?

    How do I bypass that?

    Thank you in advance.

Did you make sure that your carrier has provisioned BIS for your plan? Without an axtive BB data feature you will not see anything other than Enterprise Activation.

So I should call the customer service of my provider to connect me to BIS? Because the salesman didn't say anything about BIS.

i had the same problem with my 9930 on Verizon and i had to call customer service because they didn't have the correct internet set up for it. Once they sent me to tech support level 3 she finally figured out that BIS was not enabled on my line. Once she enabled it i could set up my email and Blackberry World showed up on my home screen. Best bet would be to call the carrier and make sure they have you being connected to BIS.
