9930 won't come on
device: BB Bold 9930
Darn thing won't come on, at all. Black screen, no red light or anything. I've pulled the battery twice; no help. Device did not get wet at any time.
Does this mean battery is completely dead? If so, is there some downloadable fix available? The last time (last night) I charged the phone, after very little use from a full charge, I noticed the battery life was showing the "red box" outline.

Sounds like a bad battery. Can you try a different battery?

Guess I'd better go buy a new battery, or maybe they can test my phone at a Sprint Store. Thanks
