Ok, so assuming that OS updates mean improved performance, fewer bugs and increased functionality, one has to say that the 9930 gets NO LOVE. It feels like there are more than double the OS updates for the 9900 then there are for the 9930, what gives? Anyone know why those of us with the red headed stepchild seems to lack the same options??
where is the market for cdma, almost no one use it outside of america and india. I don't know if GSM is better than cdma or not, but all I know is possibly 90% of worldwide mobile phones are GSM. So not surprisingly 9900 have more updates than 9930.
yea, but the least that we can get is one or two real updates... if thats the case, and they dont seem to care to fix the bugs and crappy battery life, best they never made the 9930... it's being totally neglected...
It's not really RIM's fault. It's the carrier that decides to release an update or not. For all we know, RIM could've submitted dozens of updates to the CDMA carriers but they (cough, Verizon, cough) may have just declined/witheld them...
