Hi All,

Couple months ago my 9930 began to auto delete my older emails even though phone set to keep forever. Sprint escalated issue to BlackBerry support which has had many language issues since moving off shore from Canada. Sad those great tech support people in Canada are gone.

Email issue fixed, then antena signal began to bounce all over even while not moving and only few feet from a micro cell. Tech support said to remove data and OS, then reload OS and data. Problem with reception continues, AND now most of my contacts in my contact list are duplicated.

Feels like each solution has a problem.

Any recommendations?

You might see if you can get a replacement device. It sounds like the one you have is a lemon. If that's not an option just reloading the OS until it works ok is about all you can do.
