Wow! I'm excited to see this phone for this price, but would I regret getting this with the 10 right around the corner (currently have 9650)? The reason I'm considering it is that I'm beginning to wonder if the 10 is going to be out of my budget at launch . . so what do you all think, will this be a good phone for awhile?

Coming from a 9650 as I did, this phone will blow your mind. Can't answer whether waiting is worth it, since I don't know how much you'd be paying, but I'd anticipate BB10 to be near as much a step up from the 99x0 as the 9650 to a 99x0.

How long would the contract be?

I'd say get it. I love my 9900 and I have another year left on my contract. Personally, I like to wait a while after new tech platforms come out while they work out all the major bugs.

Not too bad. Get the 9930 now, and then in a year or so, get a used BB10 then sell the 9930. If you keep it in good condition, you still should get a decent price for it.

Gosh its a no-brainer . . but I hate to admit heresy here that I'm torn between this and a razr maxx because of screen size and battery . . but I don't think I'll be able to pass this up
