i bought a brand new 9900 from ebay 1 month ago on the o2 network. everything worked perfect until yesterday when the trackpad stopped working. i have tried everything, battery pulls, hard resets, wiped memory and upgraded software. nothing has worked, can anyone help me, i have just realised i dont have warrenty because i bought on ebay.
