Help, my 9900 started with this yesterday, I had to wipe, reload the OS and it still didn't work after numerous battery pull.. But miraculously it resolved itself after another round of battery pull.... But some minutes ago the problem came back... Here is it, the scroll touch works okay, I can use it to navigate up and down and I see the selection icon move when using it, but when I scroll to the bottom of the screen, the interface does not move! Its very strange. The selection icon moves when I scroll down and I can see title of icons change also, but the screen remains the same view... When I try to use the screen to navigate it doesn't respond either... Strangely, I can navigate perfectly well in only operamini. I can go to end of a list with no problem.. But outside operamini, I can't.. Even whatsapp, I can't scroll down... Has anyone experienced this before?? Since reloading OS didn't solve it, honestly I don't know what can.

So the touch screen doesn't work? Reload the OS. Sounds like a software problem.

If you read his post, youll see he stated more than once he already reloaded the OS...so no, its likely more of an internal problem I would surf the forums and see what other people have to say.

Please supply further info, what OS are you reloading? Have you wiped it, security wipe etc?

1st reply got me laughing.. Lol. Am using the O2 OS... 7.1.0.1098 (2930) although I have an at&t 9900, I believe I installed it well with no problems at all 3months ago and its been working well until this came up yesterday... I did wipe via phone settings twice (1st without apps and 2nd with apps and all), then I wiped thrice with bbsak before I reloaded the OS....

Yes I did.. But I made sure to check the problem before the restore.. It was still there... After the restore, same thing.... Then I began battery pulls..... I think it worked on the 5th trial...... Until now it came back... Am begining to think its an hardware issue.
