    Hello
knowing that the OS10 is comming along with new devices, my question is, its still a valid purchase a 9900?
im comming from HTC One X, and im tired of touch screen. I have a Samsung galaxy Note 10.1 tablet for touch use, and im tired using a phone with touch too.
Ive already had a 9900 but i sold it. Its a decision at that moment that i regret.

    any help please

If you want a 9900 again, wait a few weeks and get one used once the bb10 is in the wild. Used supply should increase and deals should be easy to find.

If you had a 9900 previously and it met all your needs, seams like a good choice for you then. I know it's hard not to get caught up in the BB10 hype but I plan on staying with my 9900 as it certainly does evethything I need from it. Certainly is very cost effective right now and is absolutely still a very relavent phone. I think if I did not have the PlayBook I may be more inclined to look at upgrading myself. Anyway, decide what you need and make an informed choice that only you can make.

I think it really depends on what you want out of your potential new phone. I only got my 9900 4 months ago and for me it was a very valid purchase despite knowing BB10 was around the corner. But I knew going in that I loved the form factor of the 9900 and also I am fond of and comfortable with BBOS 7.1. It does what I need and want it to do. BB10 looks great but for me it is still untested and I need to see how it evolves in the next few months to be sure it is what I need it to be. Also if you know that you'll feel bad once BB10 is out and the 9900 is outdated then I would say hold off until BB10 is released and then make your decision. If you still want the 9900 then it will be even cheaper. It is a great device and to me is still very relevant in today's smartphone market.
