I have just upgraded from a BB 9700 to the 9900, but the e-mail will not reconcile with my account.

I have tried Messages>Options> Email Reconciliation, but when i do this the email reconciliation screen is blank, with no options to choose from.

Any ideas how i can get my 9900 to sync my emails wirelessly? I never had any problems with my 9700.

What i am i doing wrong?!

Go to Setup > Email Accounts > (Menu) Service Books > Send Service Books

If that doesn't work, try deleting the email account and set it up again from scratch.
