    The bezel that contacts the lcd has like a black cushion like material but it is black and I've seen oem white 9900s and its clearly a white cushion surrounding it but the problem is you can see it in the pictures. Any pointers

    I think that's the digitizer touch screen so you would need that for your conversion.

    There are sites out there that sell the LCD screen and digitizer separately. Roughly 22 bucks plus shipping.

    That's to risky I just want to know is it the bezel that has that white cushion connected to the bezel.
