Have bought a bb9900 on at&t and am using it outside the states. the 3g doesn't work. is there any way to fix this?

does your network have the same 3g bands?

which network are you using it on?

Lets say you are in Canada, and using it on Wind, or Mobilicty, you will not get 3G as they use AWS
Same as using it on T Mobile
