Hello! You don't get the homescreen? Which Blackberry Device are you using and software version? You can look at it Options -> Device -> About Device Versions -> the third line is the o.s. version you are using. Our apologies for this issue, this is happening due to the lack of Theme Builder 7, we have tested it and it worked good.

Our apologies for this issue. We have tested and tested and discovered that this is happening only on 9900/9930 devices using software versions under 7.0.0.500. Unfortunately there is no .500 version for the 9930 only for the 9900. We are going to make a refund so please PM us your order number to could make it. Our apologies one time more..
