But I'm wondering why my banner looks different than the others? It only shows "signal" when it's on lock screen...

You are using the latest version.. Earlier version has the "signal" letter, but the dev make some changes to accomodate more spaces for notifications.

i installed this theme and i did a reset but when i make a phone call they dont hear me but i hear them. can someone tell me what to do?? if i try other theme phone calls work ok

The theme has nothing to do with your sound.
