When I visited the MyBBOTA.com , and copied the .jad link of the mini banner world addition to my mobile, it gives me a message that this file has been relocated !!!!!!

Any ideas ?

Use your phone browser and go to mybbota.com. When you get there, click on "catalog". Then click on your phone model. All available downloads will then be available, some paid and some free.
