    Default is it true

    Bassically I had bbm pre installed on my device. I didn't actually purchase bbm from my service provider so I could use it. So anyways I upgraded it to the new bbm where u can make calls. Now it is taking forever to load. My cousin said when I buy bbm from my service provider orange and reboot my phone it will connect and function properly. Is this true? (Yes I have bb I'd already)

    It's true. You need a BlackBerry (BIS) data plan to use BBM... and just about every other data-reliant app.
    This won't stop the lag in BBM7 though

    Thanks for the response. So basically when I buy bbm or bis data it will complete loading or 'associating bbm with bb Id?
