Got a few questions for bbm

First, when I go on busy what does that do/mean

Second in the bbm menu the categories are alphabetically ordered. How can I put it in the order I want.

Lastly, where it says something about saving chats if I put on device will it save all chats when ended

1. "Busy" as a status is just a way of telling your BBM contacts that you are "busy" and might not respond. Functionally, it doesn't change or affect anything.
2. You cannot change the menu.
3. It will save the chats in the BlackBerry Messenger folder under the IM folder. It saves them on the fly.
