    Default Should I replace it?

    My new 9790 arrived today, however there are two problems. the battery cover is loose so I have to sort of stabilise it with sticky tape, and the trackpad and main body are really squeaky in one corner. Since it's within 30 days I can return it and get a new one, but I don't want to be without a phone for 2 weeks. Should I return it?

    The squeak will go with use, and we all have loose battery covers. The chances of you getting a perfect 9790 are slim to none.
