Plz help me my blackberry 9790 keeps rebooting when i change network connection from 3G to 2G

Hmmmm. Could be something wrong with the OS. Do a backup then wipe it, then reinstall.

No. Everyone with this type of blackberry got the same problem.
So did I.
The problem is the battery and its very simple and cheap to solve.
Stuk a piece of paper between the battery and you phone so the pinns will connect better with the battery.
All your problems solved.

I do not have such a problem neither my wife...we both use 9790...i did testing this problem right now on both phones.
