Random shutdowns, anyone else?
Anyone experiencing random shutdowns with their device? The phone will randomly reboot itself, happened 3 times yesterday. It turns back on immediately but just wondering if this is a software issue or is this thing a dud?

have u installed any third party apps ???? that would be a good start if u did unistall them and see if it changes the behaviour....if not wipe the phone and reload the os it very well be some software is corrupted....... as far as hardware goes make sure your battery contacts are are not dirty or battery is loose....unfortunely the process of elimination is the only way to find the cause,,,,,good luck

No third party apps installed it was new out of the box yesterday morning. We'll see what it does today. I'll check the battery and hopefully won't need to reload but since its new, now is the time to do it I suppose. Thank You

I should have updated sooner (sorry) none of the above suggestions worked and Telus gave us a new phone under warranty. This one seems much better except for the loose trackpad, not sure if we are going to live with it or kick up a fuss.
