Hi I just upgraded my Bold 9790, and when I open BlackBerry App World it says that BlackBerry Messenger 7.0 is unavailable for my device. Can anyone help me ?

Your Bellagio suppose to be able for BBM7. So, try update the O.S first, and after that, try to redownload BBM7

I finally got it! When I tried to open the BlackBerry Messenger From My Uninstalled Filter, it doesn't work, but when I type it on App World Menu, the BlackBerry Messenger suddenly became available for download
