    Default new bbm not working help

    Please help. I installed new bbm and it says connecting bbm to bb I'd however it is never finishing waited over twenty mins. How do I get my old bbm back!

    BBM 7.0 requires the latest version of BlackBerry ID. Usually when you finished downloading BBM 7 and don't have the latest BlackBerry ID it will download the latest version of the BlackBerry ID. After finished downloading, simply reboot and after the reboot, go back to BBM, login through BlackBerry ID and your BBM is back...
