Hi

My problem started today when i thought about giving my 9790 an update
i found out that i need 51 MB of free storage memory in order to proceed with the update
frankly i used a lot of the memory on themes & apps
and i don't want to erase anything
i erased whatever i thought of(unused apps.themes,unwanted languages),still i didn't come any closer to my objective
a battery pull won't be necessary at that point(i've done that a lot)
shrinking the os didn't work(apparently i got none to donate with,really)
i'm intimidated by the thought of wiping the os using BBSAK
all i need is a memory substitute,something i can save all my apps in until i finish updating the software

i run on v7.0.0528,platform 9.16.057
i live outside the US(AT&T,Verizon aren't listed)
I have no( BIS,enterprise accounts,email accounts )
i appreciate any reply of help

Hi!

I advise you to backup your phone, wipe it, do the update(s) and restore. It should be fine.

you really think preforming a backup will save my apps??

i did a wipe
now it tells me i have to clear 38 mb
do i need to erase anything else?
i don't have much time

You're phone has ONLY 38Mb free after a wipe with BBsak???
