man i gotta say, i picked up this 9790 yesterday just for fun even though i'm a 9900 owner, and i can't believe how bad the battery life is. i feel bad for you guys. ya'll may wanna switch to the 9900 cause it has insanely better battery life. haven't tried this os but the previous one is a nightmare.

wow well that's the first i've heard of the 9790 having worse battery life than the 9900

The battery life did get improved from the stock OS that came with the phone, I'm gonna try this new OS tonight and see if there is anything else good.

Big difference that I noticed about this OS release is when I was reinstalling all my apps and rebooting, the phone doesn't get as warm as it use to.

I just finished the update and i dont notice anything different just yet, first thing i checked was the picture options bar when viewing pictures...its still not back so im guessing its out for good

But other than that the operating system runs smooth for meeee

We need these in the US. I don't want to get the torch 9850. I think $500 on Amazon is to high. I rather wait and get it on a 2yr contract for less

This really needs to be released in the US, have no idea why its not. Such a big market there it would be a huge plus for us to see more OS Leaked and Official updates.

I believe its rumored that WIND will be releasing this device soon...but that speculation is only because of this random Official OS release... so confused.
