In this case .794 by China Mobile is the latest OS version, but .746 by Fido has the latest radio or sfi.

I have been using this version for 3 days now.

What I found out:
- for me it offers the best batterylife of all versions.

- boot time is a bit shorter than .746

- new youtube icon, but I sometimes have some video playback "problems", it plays some videos in lower quality.

- sometimes battery gets warm, so that I have to batterypull

But it still seems, that .714 is the most stabil one.

After a few more days of using this version I will return to .714.

It freezes a way to often and get's really warm - never had that problems with .714.

The good batterylife is also gone with rebooting it more often.

If you want to have that "different color LED", I'd recommend .746 over that version.

If you want try "9790jAllLang_PBr7.1.0_rel2257_PL9.16.0.167_A7.1.0 . 746_Fido" to me is 7.1 Bundle 2257 (v7.1.0.746, Platform 9.16.0.167) where the Chinese one is 7.1 Bundle 2220 (v7.1.0.794, Platform 9.16.0.165).

I have been using it for 10 days and the battery is quite good, in my case it lasts more than a full day. From the 7AM to 11PM and about 40%. GPS and autofocus quite fast, temperature in my opinion normal (Now 26ºC via Battery Monitoring Screen) in any case never feels warm in the hand like other firmwares. But I have to say that it has memory leak, no too much but some.

In my case I can't say if it works better than the .714, because the other 9790 was a faulty device and I bought a new one. In the old 9790 the best firmware was the .569 before the battery problems. Right now I think the LED option is a must have, so maybe you should try this version, the .746 but the bundle 2257.

Also tried .746 - great battery life but also as stabil as .714.
Maybe it's my network or so. I don't know.
