after install my bbm 7 (for app world) my phone show me initialization failed with SOS

what does this mean?
and how to solve it?

I have the same problem for my dad's Bold 9650. If you find out how to fix it please let me know.

coz end of this month i will send to brightstar for warranty,

Hey I finally figured out what this exception is from. When I upgrade to the OS6, one of the apps "Ringtone Maker" has an error associated with it. I just deleted this app and the exception no longer pops up when I reboot my phone.
