    Default i need help getting back my bb ! urgent

    so i decided to update my blackberry 9790 through wireless software update , however it says social feed % and overall backup progress 15% and it didnt change since last night! i dont know how to fix this .. please any suggestions? id appreciate it alot please.. i tried removing the battery , plugging it in the computer .. nothing changed. help.
