I used to have a Curve 8900 which had a weak vibration alert.

Since then I have moved to a Android device (Galaxy S2).

However I am thinking of coming back to BB with a 9790.

Can anyone comment on the 9790?

I think it must be per phone cuz all of mine have loud and prominent vibrations. Even others with the same model could be subjective. You could test it out if you're getting it from a store0
