hey everyone

im having this problem with my 9790
i downloaded 3 versions of os 7.1 (7.1.0.714/7.1.0.746/7.1.0.794) and after i wipe the device via BBSAK it can't detect any of the os
and i deleted the Vendor.xml file and still not working
even i tried to install os thro dblackberry desktop and still not detecting any of the os i downloaded
please can anyone tell me what's the solution of this problem i've been working on it for 3 hours and still got nothing

Did you delete ALL of the vendor.xml files including the hidden one in the hidden folder?

Try "vendelete+", it looks for every "vendor.xml" that exists in your hard disk and deletes it...

....and be sure your internet connection is switch off wile DM search the firmware!

Just go to c:/users/*username*/appdata/roaming/Research In Motion/ and delete the vendor.xml files you find in the folders.
