My blackberry bold 9790 is always rebooting.. somebody told me that i needed to install the software 7.0 becuase i had 7.1 , i did it but it´s still the same thing.. always rebooting.. not oftenly but it´s rebooting much times.. the phone gets hot.. and sometimes the battery it´s at 40% or 50% and it appears the message: Battery too low to use the radio. Can someone just help me out? What can i do to correct this error. someone reply me to: nandohn2003@hotmail.com

From my experience you need to have the Bold 9790 service. In the case of the one that I had, a little welding was necessary. At least it what the guy who bought it from me told me. I told him about the rebooting situation and said that he knew problem on that blackberry model and that it costs about 80$ to fix.

if the phone is within it's year for age, just get it replaced through the carrier, they'll swap it for one that's not defective.

on a side note tho, it doesn't reboot during the install process of the OS? have you tried doing a clean install?
